Ingredients

  • 6 oz grilled chicken breast, sliced
  • 4 oz grass-fed steak, sliced
  • 4 oz cooked white rice
  • 1 cup broccoli florets, steamed
  • ½ cup bell pepper strips, sautéed
  • 2 tbsp chimichurri (on the side)
  • Salt and black pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook chicken and steak separately to keep textures distinct; rest, then slice.
