No seed oils. No fillers. No exceptions.
Most meal prep hides behind the word “natural.” We would rather just show you the list. Everything we never use, everything we always do, and exactly where every protein comes from.
What we never use
- Seed oils (all eight, listed below)
- Artificial preservatives
- Artificial colors or dyes
- High fructose corn syrup
- Hydrogenated oils
- MSG (monosodium glutamate)
- Artificial sweeteners
- Trans fats
- Fillers or extenders in proteins
What we always do
- Fresh vegetables, never canned
- Proteins weighed to the ounce, every bowl
- Sauces and dressings made in house
- Whole grains and real ingredients
- Exact macros on every bowl, not estimates
- Full allergen labeling you can read
- Cooked fresh Sunday, delivered Monday
- Refrigerated the whole way to your door
About those seed oils
“No seed oils” is easy to put on a website, so here is the specific list. These are the eight oils people mean, and none of them are in any bowl we make. Not in the proteins, not in the sauces, not in the pan.
Cooking without them is slower and costs more, which is exactly why most kitchens do not bother. It is also the first thing customers tell us they notice.
- Canola
- Soybean
- Corn
- Cottonseed
- Sunflower
- Safflower
- Grapeseed
- Rice bran
How we actually cook
Four things we do not compromise on, no matter what it costs us.
One day old, not weeks
Our chefs cook your exact order on Sunday and it reaches your door Monday. Nothing is frozen, nothing sits in a warehouse. That single day is the whole reason it tastes like food instead of meal prep.
Portions you can verify
Every protein is weighed to the ounce before it goes in the bowl, and the macros printed on the label come from those exact weights, not a rounded estimate off a spreadsheet.
Chef developed, not factory dialed
Every sauce, marinade and spice blend is built by culinary professionals in our own kitchen. That is why the flavor holds up on day four, without the additives that usually do that job.
Allergens you can actually find
Common allergens are marked clearly on every bowl and filterable in the builder before you order. We are not a certified allergen free kitchen, so if your allergy is severe, talk to us first.
Where your protein comes from
No “when available,” no asterisks. If we say it on the menu, it is what lands in your bowl.
Grilled Chicken Breast
Whole chicken breast raised without antibiotics. Marinated and grilled in our kitchen every week. Never precooked, never reformed, no fillers or added solutions.
Grass-Fed Steak
Grass-fed sirloin, USDA Choice or higher, aged for tenderness and sliced to order. Grass-fed is the standard here, not an upgrade we drop when it gets expensive.
Wild-Caught Pacific Salmon
Wild-caught Pacific salmon, sockeye and coho. We name the ocean and the species on purpose: most "wild" salmon sold in the US is farmed Atlantic, and wild Atlantic salmon is protected and not commercially fished at all.
Roasted Turkey Breast
93% lean turkey breast, seasoned with Mediterranean herbs and roasted in house. One of the leanest ways to clear 40g of protein in a single bowl.
Read the label. Then taste it.
Every bowl shows its real macros and its full ingredient list before you order. Nothing to decode, nothing hiding behind “natural.”
