Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOPto any message; reply HELP for help, or contact us at support@themealpreps.com. After you reply STOP, we will send a single confirmation message and then stop sending texts to that number.

We do not share or sell your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. Mobile information is shared only with the messaging service providers (such as our SMS carrier and platform) strictly as needed to deliver the messages you have requested.
