Edit each bowl anytime before the 11:59 PM ET Wednesday cutoff. Swap ingredients, adjust portions, add extras — we cook exactly what you locked in.

  • Cutoff: Wednesday 11:59 PM ET locks in that week's bowls for Sunday delivery.
  • Sunday is both the order-window start and the delivery day one week later.

    Menu drops & ordering opens

    We publish the new menu and your order window opens. From then until Wednesday night, treat your bowls like a draft: change the build, drop ingredients you do not want, and add more of what you love—save whenever you are ready.

    Wednesday

    11:59 PM cutoff

    This is when your choices freeze for the week. Whatever is saved in your account by 11:59 PM is exactly what we shop for and cook. After that, the kitchen run is set—so use the days before to tweak freely.

    Thu–Fri

    We cook & pack fresh

    Your meals are chef-prepped in small batches, portioned to your macros, chilled, and packed for Sunday delivery—not sitting in a warehouse.

    Following Sunday

    Delivered to your door

    Insulated bags keep everything cold. Heat in about two minutes and you’re eating—then the cycle repeats next Sunday.
