By accessing or using The Meal Preps website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

The Meal Preps provides a meal preparation and delivery service. We offer customizable bowl options with precise portion control, delivered weekly to customers in our service areas (Orange County, Los Angeles County, and Riverside County, California).

3. Account Registration

To use our services, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Orders and Subscriptions

Orders are processed on a weekly subscription basis. The minimum order is 8 bowls per week. You may modify, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time before the weekly cutoff (Thursday at 11 PM PT for the following week's delivery).

5. Pricing and Payment

Prices are listed in US dollars and include all applicable taxes. Payment is processed weekly via your selected payment method. We reserve the right to change prices with reasonable notice to subscribers.

6. Delivery

We deliver on Sundays, Mondays, and Tuesdays within our service areas. Delivery windows are approximate. You are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive the delivery or providing safe drop-off instructions.

7. Food Safety and Allergies

Our meals are prepared in a facility that handles common allergens including nuts, dairy, gluten, soy, eggs, fish, and shellfish. While we take precautions, we cannot guarantee allergen-free meals. Please review ingredient information carefully.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of The Meal Preps and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

The Meal Preps is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected order.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
