At The Meal Preps, we stand behind the quality of our food. If something isn't right with your order, we'll make it right. Our goal is your complete satisfaction with every delivery.
When You're Eligible for a Refund
Full Refund or Replacement
- Missing order: Your entire order was not delivered
- Wrong order: You received someone else's order
- Spoiled food: Items arrived spoiled or unsafe to eat
- Significant quality issues: Multiple bowls have quality problems
Partial Refund or Credit
- Missing items: Some bowls were missing from your order
- Wrong items: Some bowls were incorrect
- Minor quality issues: One or two bowls have problems
Not Eligible for Refund
- Change of mind: Cancellation after the weekly cutoff (Thursday 11 PM PT)
- Missed delivery: No one available to receive the order and no safe drop instructions
- Taste preference: Didn't like the flavor (we encourage trying our menu first)
- Self-inflicted issues: Improper storage after delivery
How to Request a Refund
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number
- Describe the issue and include photos if applicable
- We'll respond within 1 business day with a resolution

Refund Processing
- Credit card refunds: 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
- Account credits: Applied immediately, never expire
- Replacement bowls: Added to your next delivery at no charge
Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellations made before the Thursday cutoff will prevent the next week's charge. You'll continue to receive any orders already processed.
