Ingredients

  • 6 oz grilled chicken breast, sliced
  • 4 oz mixed greens
  • ½ cup cucumber, diced
  • ½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • ¼ cup bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 tbsp thinly sliced red onion
  • 1 tbsp balsamic glaze
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • Salt, pepper, and lemon wedge

Instructions

  1. Grill or pan-sear chicken until 165°F internal; slice.
  2. Toss greens with oil, salt, and pepper; add vegetables.
  3. Top with chicken, drizzle balsamic glaze, and finish with lemon.
